Desert Home Guardian Services provides a comprehensive and stress-free solution to Arizona homeowners that use their property for vacation rental purposes. Our priority is hospitality management as we provide a high touch, full-service offering that consistently creates a positive guest experience. With our dependable and quality-oriented services, the homeowner does not need to be involved in the day-to-day activities to properly care for the guest or vacation property. We service properties in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Phoenix. Special touches create that home away from home feel. Services provided for each booking are as follows:
- Introduction: A Welcome email is sent to the guest introducing DHGS and a copy of the Welcome Book is provided, this Book includes details on the property and surrounding areas (recreational, dining and shopping locations).
- After-Rental Walk-Through: After check-out and cleaning, DHGS walks the exterior and interior of the property to ensure that the home is in impeccable condition, entry door code is changed and toiletries and consumables are fully stocked.
- Manage Cleaning Crew: Schedule and oversee cleaning services to ensure that the exterior and interior of the property is in impeccable condition, properly staged, and that linens and towels are laundered.
- Communications with Evolve: Handle ongoing communications with Evolve regarding property or guest issues.
- Renter Inquiries: Respond to booked renter inquiries prior to and during stay.
- Reporting: After the walk-through, send owner a per booking report with details on the condition of the property and supporting photos.
