Vacation Rental Assistance

Desert Home Guardian Services is an Evolve Partner and they provide a premiere vacation rental experience each time a guest stays at a property. They are a local resource that takes worry away from the home owner and ensures that the guest has a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

Vacation Rental Assistance covers check-in and check-out responsibilities, specifically the following services are provided:

  • Introduction: A Welcome email is sent to the guest introducing DHGS and a copy of the Welcome Book is provided, this Book includes details on the property and surrounding areas (recreational, dining and shopping locations). Additionally, a hand-written Welcome Card is provided to remind the guest to call upon DHGS if there is anything they can do to make their stay more enjoyable.
  • After-Rental Walk-Through:  After check-out and cleaning, DHGS walks the exterior and interior of the property to ensure that the home is in impeccable condition, entry door code is changed and toiletries and consumables are fully stocked.
  • Manage Cleaning Crew:  Schedule and oversee cleaning services to ensure that the exterior and interior of the property is in impeccable condition and that linens and towels are laundered.
  • Communications with Evolve:  Handle ongoing communications with Evolve regarding property or guest issues.
  • Renter Inquiries:  Respond to booked renter inquiries prior to and during stay.
  • Reporting:  Send owner a per booking report with photos of the property and receipts from expenses that have been incurred
  • Home Watch:  When a property is vacant, perform an inspection of the exterior and interior of the vacation property looking for signs of obvious issues, provide the owner with a detailed report after each inspection.
