Our Subscription Service provides year-round key holding and access code management, ensuring we can address home emergencies whenever they arise. This service is ideal for clients who don’t require regular Home Watch inspections but want the reassurance that we’re here to handle urgent situations.

To start our Key Holding Services, simply sign the Service Level Agreement, provide us with your keys and access codes, and pay the annual fee.

The Key Holding Service is an annual fee. If other services are needed, such as home watch or concierge, they are billed at an hourly rate.
